A community forum will be held on May 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Plantation Middle School auditorium for all stakeholders to participate in the selection of the next PLMS principal. PLMS Receives IB MYP Authorization
On May 1, 2015, Plantation Middle School received notification from IB World Schools that we are now an officially authorized International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme School.
The administration, faculty, and staff of Plantation Middle School are delighted that its students will continue to benefit from the global perspectives and inquiry based philosophy of the IB throughout their journey at Plantation Middle, and in preparation for the IB Diploma Programme available at Plantation High. Our IB MYP authorization is a great achievement and we are truly thankful for everyone's help in achieving this goal.

Beginning Tuesday, February 17, 2015, Microsoft Office will be available to all Broward County Public School students free of charge. Access to these productivity tools will help prepare students for college and career readiness. It will allow Broward Schools' students to use the same tools at home that they are already using in the classroom, and will help to bridge the digital divide amongst our diverse population of students.
